Shipping and delivery

Delivery time: tailor-made clothes and accessories, with an average production time of 7/10 days

Packing: standard care for clothes, placed in cardboard packaging.

Shipping: via courier with reimbursement of expenses specified in the cart, based on the weight and place of destination.
Shipment takes place in insured via international courier; is pre-announced by an e-mail containing the tracking number, which allows the customer to check the delivery status by accessing the tracking on-line.

When the courier deliver the goods, before signing the document for reception, it is necessary to check that the packaging is intact, not wet and that our adhesive tape used for the neck closure, it is not tampered. Failure to withdrawal within 15 (fifteen) days from the agreed delivery date, will result in the loss of availability of good.
